Police in Western Province have recovered the 43 cattle stolen during an aggravated robbery in Lukulu District last weekend.
The animals were taken when armed criminals attacked a family in Kamoyi Village, Lukulu, killing seven people and leaving three others injured.
Western Province Police Commanding Officer Rae Hamoonga confirmed the recovery, explaining that it was made during continued investigations into the horrific case.
Mr. Hamoonga said the search for the suspects is ongoing.
