HH Pledges Road, Airport and Power Projects in Northern Zambia

President Hakainde HIchilema has pledged that the government will rehabilitate the Mporokoso-Kaputa Road to improve connectivity and enhance economic activities in the northern part of the country.
President Hichilema also announced that the Kasaba Bay Airport project will soon become a reality.
Addressing a mammoth rally in Nsama District, the President further assured residents that Nsama will soon be connected to the national electricity grid as part of the government’s programme to expand access to electricity.
And President Hichilema said his administration has proved critics wrong by improving the country’s economy.
He said before assuming office, some critics alleged that his government would mortgage the country, but noted that his administration has instead focused on restoring economic stability.
The President also said the increased Constituency Development Fund has enabled many young people to acquire skills and create opportunities for themselves.
