15,000 vulnerable children to receive baby care kits worth $200,000

Over 15,000 vulnerable children enrolled in early childhood education in 12 Districts will receive education and baby care kits worth over 200,000 U.S dollars.

The education and baby care kits have been made available by Child Fund .

Central Province Minister MWABASHIKE NKULUKUSA says the investment by Child Fund in collaboration with Government will help achieve sustainable development.

Mr. said this during the launch of the Education and baby care kits in collaboration with Child Fund and other stakeholders in Chibombo District today.

And Child Fund Zambia County Director SIMBA MACHINGAIDZE said the move will provide practical tools to strengthen foundational learning by enhancing literacy skills among others.

In a speech delivered on his behalf by Director programs sponsorship MERCY NGOMA, Mr MACHINGAIDZE said the organization will continue to create programs that ensure activities are implemented to improve education and health in communities.
