
3 Guntila Muleya Murder Accused Persons Plead Not Guilty
Lusaka High Court Judge, VINCENT SILOKA has entered a NOT GUILTY plea for all the 4 accused persons in the murder of Independent Broadcasting Authority -IBA- Director-General, GUNTILA MULEYA.
This was today, after 3 of the accused persons pleaded NOT GUILTY, as one of the them, SAMUEL DOKOWE, who fell ill last week, opted to keep silent.
In this matter, SAMUEL, his brother, MTHUSANI, FRANCIS CHIPYOKA, an Accountant at IBA, and ALEX ZULU, a Police Officer, are accused of murdering Mr MULEYA on July 23, 2024.
Meanwhile, in another case, a witness has testified in court that former Information Minister, General RONNIE SHIKAPWASHA and his wife, JANE LUSENGO, had marital problems in the last 2 years of her 5-year stay with the couple.
PRISCA DAKA, who lived in the cottage within the SHIKAPWASHA family yard, was testifying before High Court Judge, CONCEPTOR ZULU.
This is in a matter where General SHIKAPWASHA’s wife, JANE, is accused of murdering her husband.
