3 Milenge Men Arrested for Cultivating 1,000 Kg of Cannabis

Three people have been arrested in Milenge district, Luapula province, for unlawful cultivation of over 1,000 kilogrammes of cannabis.

Drug Enforcement Commission Spokesperson, Allan Tamba has confirmed  the arrests.

Mr Tamba has identified the suspects as Diamond Chama, aged 63, Jeff Chama , aged 19, and Davis Mwisa, aged 28.

He has explained that the suspects have been detained pending court appearance.
