5 year-old girl defiled by a 15-year old boy
A five year old girl has allegedly been defiled by a 15-Year old boy in Mbala District.
The alleged defilement is said to have occurred yesterday in New Location area.
The victim whose identity has been withheld disclosed that she has been defiled on several occasions but could not reveal to her guardians due to threats on her life.
Police in Mbala have arrested the offender.
Several people have expressed concern at the recent rise in defilement cases .
