670 Katembula Youth Skills Resource Centre to get equipment

Over 670 graduating students from the Katembula Youth Skills resource centre in Lufwanyama will be equipped with tools to enable them to become economically viable.
Sport, Youth and Arts Minister ELVIS NKANDU says the move by the Government to equip the students is meant to ensure they become vibrant entrepreneurs.
Mr. NKANDU was speaking during the graduation ceremony in Lufwanyama.
He says the initiative demonstrates the government’s commitment to equip youths with the necessary skills so they can contribute to national development.
And Lufwanyama Member of Parliament KENNY SIACHISUMO has commended the government for increasing CDF which has seen more youths being sponsored for various skills training.
Meanwhile, Lufwanyama District Commissioner JUSTIN MWALIKWA has appealed to the government to employ lectures at the training centre.
And Lufwanyama Council Chairperson ANNIE KAPANDULA has urged youths to utilise opportunities the government has made available.
