91,000 Farmers redeem inputs – Mwanakampwe
ZANIS -Central Province Permanent Secretary MILNER MWANAKAMPWE has disclosed that over 91,000 farmers have so far successfully redeemed their inputs in readiness for the 2024/25 farming season.
Dr MWANAKAMPWE says over 120,000 farmers have made their farmer contribution representing 83 percent of farmers sitting on the beneficiary list.
Speaking during the press briefing, Dr MWANAKAMPWE also sent a stern warning to agro-dealers and farmers engaged in unscrupulous dealings.
Meanwhile Kabwe district commissioner LENOX SHIMWAMBWA said over 14,000 farmers have so redeemed their farming inputs under the Farmer Input Support Program -FISP- in Kabwe district.
