92 teachers trained in Special Education
Ministry of Education Principal Education Officer, Mwiya Mwiya says 92 teachers have undergone special education training to promote inclusive learning in schools nationwide.
Mr. Mwiya also says government is providing grants to schools to support learners with special needs.
He said this on the sidelines of a Public Forum on Disability-Inclusive Education in Lusaka.
Meanwhile, Zambia National Education Coalition – ZANEC – Board Secretary, PAUL ZULU, has urged parents of children with special needs to ensure they enroll them in school
