National Pension Scheme Authority -NAPSA- says it has recorded a significant reduction in the number of people claiming the NAPSA partial pay out.
NAPSA Head of Corporate Affairs Manager CEPHAS SINYANGWE said when the exercise started, there was a high turnout but the traffic has since reduced and stabilized to low numbers.
In an interview with ZNBC News , Mr. SINYANGWE said this is an indication that members feel confident about the safety of their funds.
He said so far NAPSA has paid out about 9.7 billion Kwacha in partial pension withdrawals, since the exercise began in 2023.
