FAZ Life Member JIM CHONGO has died

Football Association of Zambia -FAZ- Life Member and Former Nchanga Rangers Secretary JIM CHONGO has died.

CHONGO, the Nchanga Rangers strongman, died today at Gandhi Hospital in Chingola after an illness.

FAZ President ANDREW KAMANGA says the death of CHONGO was saddening to the football family.

KAMANGA says the football fraternity can only honour his memory by sustaining his football legacy of never giving up as he sustained his association with Nchanga Rangers across highs and lows.

The funeral is being held at House Number 12, 11th Street, Nchanga South, Chingola.

This is according to a statement issued to ZNBC News by Football Association of Zambia Communications manager SYDNEY MUNGALA.
