Kawana reprimands Mwamba

Information and Media Permanent Secretary THABO KAWANA has challenged the opposition to desist from politics of lies and propaganda.

Mr KAWANA says the propaganda by PF Member EMMANUEL MWAMBA alleging that former President EDGAR LUNGU was attacked, while attempting to attend the burial of former Information Minister CHISHIMBA KAMBWILI’s brothers is bent on causing
chaos.

The Permanent Secretary has also challenged Mr. MWAMBA to be truthful or provide solid evidence of Mr. LUNGU being attacked as alleged.

Speaking during a media briefing, Mr KAWANA explained that Mr. LUNGU was only stopped by authorities from diverting to a market after the church service when he was supposed to be attending the burial.
