Kangwa tips human resources workers in productivity
Secretary to the Cabinet, PATRICK KANGWA has urged the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management to work with the government in research on improved productivity in the public sector.
Mr. KANGWA says the institute should collaborate with the government in positive cultural change in the public service to bring about productivity at all levels.
He was speaking in Livingstone at the official opening of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management 27th annual convention.
And, Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management President KELVIN SHAMIZHINGA has requested government to undertake a job evaluation to help placements of the head of human resource at the provincial level.
