STARDY MWALE loses farm

The Economic and Financial Crimes Court has ordered the Forfeiture of former Defence Permanent Secretary STARDY MWALE’s farm valued at over two million dollars, deemed to be proceeds of Crime.
The farm in question is situated in CHIKANKATA District, Southern Province.
The Court has ruled that the Anti-Corruption Commission -ACC- has established on the balance of probability Mr. MWALE’s SIMONGA Farm is a proceed of crime.
The judgment has been delivered by LUSAKA High Court Judges SUZEN WANJELANI, VINCENT SILOKA and IAN MABBOLOBBOLO, sitting in the Economic and Financial Crime Court.
