A witness has testified that she feared for her life before her three vehicles were allegedly grabbed by some individuals on behalf of former First Lady ESTHER LUNGU, in August 2022.
ELIZABETH PHIRI, 53 of LUSAKA’s Jack compound has testified that one of the individuals pointed a gun at her before grabbing the vehicles in question on August 08, 2022.
Meanwhile, Mrs. PHIRI, who is also a herbalist, has testified that she allegedly bought the three vehicles and a house in LUSAKA’s LIBALA area, using proceeds from her herbal medicine and donations from clients.
She was testifying before LUSAKA Resident Magistrate MBUYANWA SINVULA in a matter where former First Lady ESTHER LUNGU and four others are charged with four counts of theft of three vehicles.
