Political Parties ready to win Lilondo ward election in Shangombo

Political parties participating in the Lilondo Ward By election in Shangombo District of Western Province are confident of scooping the seat.

The Parties are the UPND and Socialist Party.

UPND Western Province Vice Chairman AUSTIN MUNEKU says the party will win the ward by-election slated for December 20.

Mr. MUNEKU says the UPND has taken a message of development to the electorates in Lilondo ward.

And Socialist Party Western Province Secretary MOSES NASILELE said his party will scoop the ward election because the party has been talking to the voters about real development issues.

And speaking during a stakeholders meeting earlier, Shangombo District Electoral Officer EXILDAH KABUTU thanked the political players for maintaining peace during the campaigns.
