Health Minister Calls for Enhanced Diagnostic Services

(ZANIS) Health Minister Elijah Muchima has called on stakeholders to continue collaborating with the ministry to ensure diagnostic services for patients are  in all health facilities.

Mr. Muchima has also urged healthcare providers to always diagnose patients correctly in order to provide appropriate treatment.

He says the Ministry of Health remains committed to ensuring that all health guidelines are observed by healthcare givers to secure patient safety.

Chipata Level One Hospital Medical Superintendent Moses Mataa made the remarks on half of Mr. Muchima during the  revised observance of World Patient Safety Day, which was commemorated under the theme “Improving Diagnosis for Patient Safety.”
