Over 700 Bottles of Chlorine Distributed in Lusaka
The Lusaka City Council has distributed over 700 bottles of chlorine in different public places in Lusaka.
Council Assistant Public Relations Manager, Bulumba Nyambe, says this is part of efforts to prevent the outbreak of diseases such as cholera.
He was speaking in an interview with ZANIS in Lusaka.
Mr . Nyambe says the local authority is working in partnership with other companies like Trade Kings to supply chlorine.
She has since urged members of the public to stop throwing garbage in the drainage.
