Govt Allocates K43m for Skills Development in Lusaka

The government using Constituency Development Fund (CDF) has allocated over 43 million Kwacha for skills development and secondary bursaries in Lusaka District.
This is part of the government’s efforts to provide support to orphans and vulnerable children, as well as to promote skills development and education.
Lusaka City Council Public Relations Manager, Chola Mwamba, says the money will benefit 2,872 young people.
Ms. Mwamba has explained that each of the seven constituencies in Lusaka will be given over 6 million Kwacha from the total allocation.
