Lwando, Melu hold collaboration talks

ZNBC- Director General BERRY LWANDO has called for further collaboration with ABSA.

Mr. LWANDO says ZNBC takes pride in the collaboration it has with ABSA which has mainly been in the areas of advertisements, sports and programming.

Speaking when he called on ABSA Managing Director MIZINGA MELU, Mr. LWANDO said by leveraging ZNBC’s reach of 6 million television viewers every week, ABSA has connected with audiences nationwide.

He commended ABSA for the one billion Kwacha commitment to empower Small Medium Entrepreneurs and the ‘Your Story Matters’ brand.

Mr. LWANDO said that ZNBC also offers digital streaming services and that the ZNBC Today Facebook page currently has 1.1 million followers while the content on the page has been viewed 69 million times in the last 28 days .

And Ms. MELU congratulated ZNBC on the 1 million followers on social media and for providing balanced news coverage on various issues.

She said ABSA is committed to continue working with the Public Service Broadcaster.
