Kawana tours Ndola schools as New Curriculum rolls out

Ndola Girls National Stem Secondary School Head Teacher INNOCENT CHANDA says the teachers at the school have acquired enough training to support the new school curriculum as schools open.
Speaking during a visit by the Ministry of Information and Media Permanent Secretary THABO KAWANA, Mr CHANDA said the transition to the new curriculum will be easy as the school has measures to support the new system.
And, Mr. KAWANA said the government is giving the necessary support to the education sector to make the implementation of a new curriculum a success.
Meanwhile, Basic Teachers Union of Zambia – BETUZ- Copperbelt Deputy Director JUSTIN MTAMBO said the union is confident that the new curriculum will benefit the learners.
