Ndola Subordinate Court Launched

The Judiciary has launched the Ndola Subordinate Court in an effort to decentralize court services and enhance access to justice.
The Court was constructed using Constituency Development Fund -CDF- .
Speaking at the launch Chief Justice MUMBA MALILA has praised the people of Chifubu in Ndola for prioritizing access to justice through Constituency Development Fund- CDF.
The Chief Justice says the Subordinate Court annex established in Ndola is the first of its kind in the Copperbelt Province.
The Chief Justice says the establishment of the court directly enhances justice delivery by reducing legal barriers.
This is according to a statement issued to ZNBC news in Lusaka today by the Judiciary’s Deputy Director Corporate Communications KALUMBA SLAVIN.
