29 Health Rooms Constructed in Kasama

Over 29 health rooms have been constructed in Kasama at a cost of 300,000 United States Dollars.

This is out of the 595 health rooms constructed across the country.

Northern Province Minister, LEONARD MBAO told ZNBC that the integrated school health program is an initiative being implemented by government through the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health with the support from healthy learners’ organization.

And Mr MBAO has thanked the President for donating Blood Pressure Machines to all the 595 Health Rooms constructed across the country.

Mr MBAO said the initiative highlights the government’s commitment to a unified  approach as demonstrated by the collaboration between the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education in delivering these vital services.
