
Police Open Docket Against ‘Why Me’
Police in Livingstone have opened a docket against FRANCIS KAPWEPWE , also known as “Why Me,” for uttering hate speech and insults against the President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA and the people of Southern Province.
This follows a report received from a Livingstone Businessman PHILIP MUSELA of Highlands township.
Southern Province Commanding Officer AUXENSIO DAKA has confirmed that Police have received a report of hate speech.
Mr MUSELA has complained that he saw video footage on both Facebook and Tik-Tok featuring “Why Me” who was allegedly heard using demeaning and derogatory words directed at the President and the people of Southern Province.
Mr DAKA says no arrest has been made yet and investigations into the matter are ongoing.
