Magistrates, Judges commend HH on rule of law

The Magistrate and Judges Association of Zambia has commended President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA for upholding the country’s rule of law.

Association President, Judge MWAMBA CHANDA says the rule of law is a catalyst to attaining social and economic development in the country.

She says the association is dedicated to serve the country with diligence and ensure that human rights are respected.

Judge MWAMBA was speaking when a team of Magistrate and Judges called on the President at State House in Lusaka today.

And President HICHILEMA says the judiciary is an important arm of government that must use the approach of dialogue to find solutions to problems affecting the country.

The President has said no solutions come out of street fights adding that the judiciary must work together in maintaining the country’s peace.
