Govt not protecting anyone from arrest -Nalumango

Vice President MUTALE NALUMANGO says Government is not protecting any individual from investigation or arrest.

Mrs. NALUMANGO says criminality cannot be hidden for long and any person involved will be exposed regardless of their standing in society.

Speaking today during the Vice President’s question time in Parliament, Mrs. NALUMANGO said the Anti Corruption Commission -ACC- is investigating many cases, some of which include issues of the Zambia Medicines and Medical Supplies Agency -ZAMMSA.

Mrs. NALUMANGO said Government has not failed to disclose the names of Ministers and Government officials that are being investigated, because it is the job of the Commission to disclose who is being investigated.

Meanwhile, the Vice President said Government is doing everything possible to make agriculture attractive.
