Secretary to the Cabinet PATRICK KANGWA has urged Permanent Secretaries to work hard.
Mr. KANGWA was speaking in Lusaka when he handed over certificates of completion to 70 Permanent Secretaries drawn from various government institutions.
This is after they underwent the mandatory public service training at the National Institute of Public Administration -NIPA.
Mr. KANGWA urged the Permanent Secretaries to implement the knowledge acquired through the training.
Meanwhile, Youth, Sport and Arts Permanent Secretary in charge of Arts CHAMA FUMBA appreciated NIPA for offering an informative platform.
Mr. FUMA said the platform also enabled the Permanent Secretaries to interact with each other.
