CDF :Zamtan residents to have piped water
Over two hundred households of Kitwe’s Zamtan area in Kafue ward will for the first time have piped water in their households.
About 1.5 million Kwacha Constituency Development Fund-CDF -has been allocated for the construction of an industrial borehole in the area.
Area Councilor HACHITA MAKANI said the industrial borehole will hold 30,000 litres of water.
Mr. MAKNI told ZNBC News that all the pipes leading to selected homes have already been laid and that final works are expected to be completed end of this month.
