Ballot papers arrive in Kawambwa

Ballot papers for the Kawambwa Central Parliamentary by-election have arrived in the district, with various political parties present to witness the process.
The parties also participated in the verification exercise at the District Council offices.
Socialist Party National Election Chairperson Fred Chanda described the process as transparent and smooth.
Meanwhile, UPND Luapula Province Trustee Alan Mwape emphasized that transparency is essential to ensuring harmony among all political players during such events.
Electoral Commission of Zambia Commissioner McDonald Chipenzi, while addressing poll staff, urged them to be courageous and maintain professionalism in executing their duties on polling day.
