Boy 13 arrested for cutting charm tattoos on his friends
A 13-year-old boy has been apprehended in Lusaka, for allegedly cutting TATTOOS on his friends.
He convinced his friends to be tattooed by telling them that the charms will make them powerful and attractive to girls.
The victims were all boys aged between 8 and 10.
The boy also administered a concoction of a dry snake and some charms on the tattoos.
The boy’s father has also been detained for his safety.
