
CDF : Chikankata District Welcomes New Development Projects Worth Over Three Million Kwacha

Seven new projects worth over three million Kwacha, funded under the Constituency Development Fund (CDF), have been commissioned in Chikankata District.
The projects include a one-by-three classroom block at Dundu Secondary School, a one-by-two classroom block at Malala Primary School, four water reticulation schemes, and a bridge.
Chikankata Member of Parliament, Jacqueline Sabao, says the projects highlight the voice of the people in decision-making.
Speaking during the commissioning, Ms. Sabao explained that the government will continue to prioritize key developmental sectors that enhance the livelihoods of people.
And Chikankata District Commissioner, Timothy Chipolyoonga, has urged the community to safeguard the projects.
Meanwhile, Chikankata Constituency Development Fund Chairperson, Mukuba Mulyate, said the projects will improve lives in the community.
