Chief Justice MUMBA MALILA evacuated

Chief Justice MUMBA MALILA has been evacuated to South Africa following a road accident on Friday August 30th 2024.

The Chief Justice, who suffered a fractured leg has been evacuated for further specialized treatment.

Information and Media Permanent Secretary, THABO KAWANA has told ZNBC News in a Statement that Dr. MALILA remains in high spirits, and is thankful for all prayers and well wishes.

And Mr. KAWANA said NEWTON NJOBVU; the driver to the Chief Justice did not suffer any injuries from the road accident and is in good health.

He said that the Judiciary will continue to provide updates on Dr. MALILA’s condition as they arise.
