Chief Justice responding to treatment

The Ministry of Health says Chief Justice MUMBA MALILA is responding well to treatment.
Ministry of Health Permanent Secretary Technical Services KENNEDY LISHIMPI says the Chief Justice has received appropriate treatment in South Africa and has undergone review today.
Speaking at a media briefing in Lusaka today, Dr. LISHIMPI said the driver of the Chief Justice NEWTON NJOVU was equally evaluated and was found to have had no complaints.
And Dr. LISHIMPI said the driver of the vehicle that was involved in the road traffic accident involving the Chief Justice, PHILEMON DYAMINI was charged by the Police for the offence of dangerous driving and released on police Bond.
He said the driver is yet to appear in court.
