Chilanga Cement donates 800,000 to hosting of World Skills Competition

Technology and Science Minister FELIX MUTATI says the government is working with the private sector to grow the education sector.
Mr. MUTATI said this after Chilanga Cement donated over 800,000 Kwacha towards the World Skills Competition that will be held In Livingstone next year.
He has since called on other private entities to come on board and emulate the gesture by Chilanga Cement.
Chilanga Cement Chief Executive Officer JIANPING CHAI said the amount translates to 14,000 bags of cement which will be used in the construction of the competition venue at the Livingstone Institution of Business and Engineering Studies -LIBES.
Meanwhile, Chilanga Cement Human Resources and Communications Director THECRA MILAMBO appreciated the government for engaging the company to ensure that the World Skill Africa Competition Livingstone is a success.
