Chongwe talking baby traumatizes mother

Chongwe’s Chikokonto village head woman has called on authorities to provide counselling services to the 15 year old mother of a 3 months old baby who is allegedly talking.

Headwoman Chikokonto says the mother is traumatised at her talking child , who reportedly calls out her name when crying.

She says she witnessed the infant talking once, a situation she has described as strange.

Head woman CHIKOKONTO says it is the first time in her life that she is witnessing a child talking at such a young age.
