
First Lady Concerned with Rising Child Abuse Cases

First Lady Mutinta Hichilema has expressed concern over the rising cases of child abuse in the country.
Mrs. Hichilema has called on Zambians to unite against the vice.
The First lady was speaking during the FNB Zambia’s HER Banking Women’s Breakfast in Lusaka today.
And, Mrs Hichilema has called for empowerment of women in the Health Sector as they play a crucial role in providing essential medical services to communities.
Meanwhile, FNB Zambia Chief Executive Officer, Kapumpe Chola said investing in women is important, adding that research has consistently shown that women are reliable borrowers with better repayment rates.
And, FNB Zambia Board Representative, Lydia Chilumba stressed the need to create platforms for women to lead, thrive, and make an impact.
