FISP beneficiaries start receiving inputs

Farmer Input Support Programme -FISP- beneficiaries across the country have started receiving their inputs, in readiness for the 2024-2025 farming season.

Agriculture Minister, REUBEN MTOLO says the Ministry has heightened the FISP distribution exercise in order for all beneficiary farmers to get the inputs before the rains.

Speaking in Lusaka, Mr MTOLO however expressed concern over the delay by some beneficiary farmers who have been hesitant to register and collect their farming inputs.

And Lusaka Province Dean of District Agricultural Coordinators, RAPHAEL MUYAULE said the ministry targets to conclude the distribution exercise in the Province by October month end.
