Government releases green paper

Government has released a green paper on the 2025 -2027 Medium Term Budget Plan.

The 2025 -2027 Medium Term Budget Plan is in line with the government’s resolve to build a resilient and inclusive economy.

The plan outlines the revenue and expenditure objectives over a three-year period in line with the aspirations of the Eighth National Development plan.

The 2025 -2027 Medium Term Budget Plan budget also outlines both the fiscal and macroeconomic framework during the period.

Part of the strategic policy objectives is to enhance collaboration with international partners and investors to create a stable and transparent economic environment.

This is according to the statement released to ZNBC News in LUSAKA today by the Office of The Secretary to The Treasury.
