Govt Determined to Resolve Youth Challenges in Accessing Empowerment

Copperbelt Minister ELISHA MATAMBO says government is determined to resolve challenges hindering youths from accessing empowerment funds.

Speaking when he officiated at Youth Day Celebration in Chingola, Mr. MATAMBO urged youths to take advantage of the  opportunities created by the New Dawn administration’s.
