Govt Intensifies fight Against Locusts in WP
Government has intensified the aerial spraying exercise in locust infested areas of Western province.
Two additional helicopters, from the Zambia Air Force -ZAF-, have been deployed for the exercise.
Western Province Permanent Secretary, SIMOMO AKAPELWA says the spraying exercise has successfully been conducted in Lukulu and Limulunga districts.
He was speaking when the National Food and Nutrition Commission team paid a courtesy call on him at his office in Mongu, Western province.
