Govt is Committed to improving the People’s Livelihood-HH

ZANIS -President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA has assured the people of Monze that government is committed to improving the livelihood of people across the country regardless of their political affiliation.

President HICHILEMA reaffirmed government’s desire and commitment to continuing with the implementation of Constituency Development Fund -CDF-, Social Cash Transfer and other developmental programmes.

The President was speaking at Chikuni Concert Arena in Monze district yesterday, when he engaged with the community.

He called on Zambians to take advantage of the peaceful atmosphere prevailing in the country and prepare for the forthcoming 2026 General Election.

President HICHILEMA urged residents in the area to obtain National Registration Cards stressing that the document will be vital during the elections.

Meanwhile, Southern Province UPND Chairperson BILLIARD MAKWEMBO has disclosed that the leadership and all structure in the province have chosen to go with President HICHILEMA, as the Presidential candidate for the 2026 General Elections
