Vice President MUTALE NALUMANGO says the government is keen to promote economic growth in North Western Province through road infrastructure.
And the Vice President says the government plans to construct a rail line in the region in order to facilitate trade with neighbouring countries.
Mrs. NALUMANGO says the government is determined to see equitable distribution of national resources across the country.
She was speaking in Kabompo District when she met traditional leaders at Watopa area.
And CLIFFORD MUNDEYA, a representative of Senior Chief SIKUFELE, appealed to the government to speed up the construction works on the Mumbezhi-Watopa road through Lukulu to enhance connectivity.
