HH Appoints Kelvin Mambwe as Permanent Secretary for Technical Services

President Hakainde Hichilema has appointed Kelvin Mambwe as Permanent Secretary in charge of Technical Services in the Ministry of Education.

President Hichilema has since congratulated Dr. Mambwe on his appointment.

The President has urged Dr. Mambwe to serve with integrity and wished him God’s blessings in the new role.

This is according to a statement issued to ZNBC News by State House Principal Private Secretary, Bradford Machila.
