President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA is tomorrow expected in Chongwe to grace the Chakwera Makumbi traditional ceremony of the Soli people.
This annual event is a celebration that marks the end of the year and serves as a time for the community to pray for rainfall in the coming seasons.
Lusaka Province Permanent Secretary ROBERT KAMALATA has called on the public to turn up in numbers and be part of the ceremony.
Mr. KAMALATA told ZNBC News that the public should focus on the cultural significance of the event and ensure that the ceremony remains a unifying occasion.
