HH joins the Litunga on the Nalikwanda

The 2025 Kuomboka traditional Ceremony is currently underway, as the LITUNGA and President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA are on the Nalikwanda.
Earlier, on Arrival at Lealui Palace, President HICHILEMA paid a courtesy call on the Litunga.
The talks lasted atleast over 20 minutes.
The President and the LITUNGA later emerged to join in the majestic walk known as KUTAMBOKA , that follows the rhythm of the Royal drums in transit to board the Nalikwanda.
As the two walked to the NALIKWANDA, they exchanged notes.
Thousands of Mongu residents rushed to the roadside from the palace to catch a glimpse of the procession.
