President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA says he is saddened by the death of Forum for Democracy and Development –FDD- Leader, EDITH NAWAKWI.

Ms. NAWAKWI, who is former Finance Minister in the MMD government, died today, aged 66.

In his message, President HICHILEMA has extended condolences to Ms. NAWAKWI’s family and the FDD.

The President said his thoughts and prayers are with the NAWAKWI family during the trying time.
