HH rallies Zambians

President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA has called on citizens to join hands with the Government in addressing the challenges caused by the drought.
President HICHILEMA says Government is working diligently to provide relief and ensure that no one dies of hunger.
He was speaking when he addressed people that welcomed him at Mfuwe International Airport, shortly after his arrival in Mambwe District to attend the Malaila Traditional Ceremony of the Kunda People.
The President said the country is going through one of its most difficult times.
President HICHILEMA said there is need for collective effort in delivering food to the affected people.
President HICHILEMA also urged Members of Parliament from various political parties to collaborate with the Government in driving development.
And Chipangali Member of Parliament ANDREW LUBUSHA praised President HICHILEMA for his consistent “One Zambia, One Nation” message, which is uniting the country.
Meanwhile, Chama South Member of Parliament DAVISON MUNG’ANDU also praised President HICHILEMA’s leadership, saying it has restored hope by delivering development through the Constituency Development Fund -CDF- across all areas, regardless of the political affiliation of the MPs.
President HICHILEMA is in Mambwe District to attend the Malaila Traditional Ceremony of the Kunda People.
During his visit, President HICHILEMA is scheduled to commission the Mambwe District Hospital.
The President has also paid a courtesy call on Senior Chief NSEFU and other traditional leaders who are in Mambwe District to attend the ceremony.
