HH receives audit findings on ZMMSA

President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA says he has received preliminary findings of the forensic audit on Zambia Medicines and Medical Supplies Agency -ZMMSA.

President HICHILEMA says the audit marks a significant milestone in the fight against corruption and the quest to enhance service delivery in the healthcare sector.

He says the audit, which covers January 2023 to December 2024, has exposed the selfish individuals who have been profiting from drugs meant to benefit the people.

The President says the Government is committed to fighting corruption in all its forms and ensuring that healthcare systems are transparent and accountable.

President HICHILEMA says the Government is grateful to cooperating partners for their support in this endeavor.

This is according to a statement posted on the President’s Facebook Page monitored by ZNBC News.
