President Hakainde Hichilema says Zambia can draw valuable lessons from Egypt’s high-tech advancements and urban planning to better align with the country’s specific needs.
President Hichilema mentioned that Zambia can pick threads that are relevant to its needs from Egypt’s new administrative capital.
The President was speaking to journalists shortly after touring Egypt’s new Administrative Capital, which accommodates the administration building and the iconic tower.
President Hichilema was particularly impressed with the high-quality work, state-of-the-art infrastructure, and innovative urban design.
He said the businesses operating from the new administrative capital and the jobs created will grow Egypt’s economy.
President Hichilema stated that Zambia will learn from and see how it can apply some of the developments in Egypt.
