“HH was shocked with M’membe’s allegations”

State House Chief Communication Specialist CLAYSON HAMASAKA has dispelled allegations that President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA received 20 million dollars from Democratic Republic of CONGO -DRC President FELIX TSCHISEKEDI as an enticement for ZAMBIA not to meddle in DRC’s affairs.
Mr. HAMASAKA was testifying in the LUSAKA Magistrate Court, during examination in chief.
He has testified that President HICHILEMA was shocked, having heard of such allegations in July 2024.
Mr. HAMASAKA gave the testimony in a matter where Socialist party leaders FRED M’MEMBE is charged with seditious practices.
Trial in the matter continues.
